Rules
The Keystone subdivision is governed by two sets of rules: the Bylaws and the Covenants.
The Bylaws provide the framework for the governance of the neighborhood. They define voting rights, meetings, duties of the Board of Directors and its Officers, and financial rules.
The Covenants are the rules by which residents and homeowners must abide. They include restrictions on what can be done with property, establish building standards, contain rules regarding pets and lawn maintenance, define common areas, provide for assessments, and so on. For quick reference, a simplified Outline of the Covenants has also been created.
